Good location. Close to restaurants and bars.

The staff were not very friendly. The lady at the front desk was great. However, the bellboy, restaurant staff and other staff around the hotel were not very helpful and nice.

We loved very good service.

The best thing about our stay was the location to access all the Krabi (Ao nang) shops. I was a tourist area along the beach. Some good places to eat and some bad.

Although the rooms were very clean, the facilities looked run down. Ripped umbrellas at the pools. Pools were'nt very clean and clear. Majority of staff couldnt even smile, espesially apon our arrival we were left standing there with no where to go after checking in. Breakfast was cold and dissapointing. Most of the place needed to be repainted.

The staff is very badly trained. From the moment we checked in till the time we left (4 nights btw) - they gave us a nonchalent, "I dont care", "dont bother me" kinda look and service consistently. It is certainly not a pleasant stay for us even though they have a good location. There are many other hotels at the same area which we will book in the future. One time of unfriendlines with this hotel is enough, we shall never "bother" it again and spoil our mood.

Beautiful resort with the Backdrop of mountains. Amazing two pools, suitable for adults and kids. My wife and kids loved Aonang villa and want to go back to it again. They upgraded me to a suite and it was great. Afternoon tea with some short cakes was very nice and breakfast was good as well. Shops, bars and pubs are right outside the hotel and also pharmacies, seven eleven etc. Also booked trip to Phi Phi Island from hotel and the rate was better than outsiders.

Had to take internet password everyday for the day, although it was free but was a hassle to go down and collect it. One child 8 years was charged 175 bht for breakfast. They should provide free pick and drop from Airport. I know majority of hotels dont do it in Thailand, but if Aonang villa does it , then I guess it would stand out from others.

I loved how close we were to beautiful beaches while also enjoying a hearty breakfast at the dike, making our mornings super good and peaceful.

The position of the resort is fantastic...so many restaurants to choose from and within walking distance to all shops..massages....banks and tour operators. The long tail boats are right at the door to Railay bay and Phra Nang Bay...these are a must see tourist destination.The breakfast is wonderful with a great assortment of food everyday.

I felt the restaurant lacked character especially the plastic tables and chairs on the beach side of the hotel . The menu did not look appetising at night.I think that teak tables and chairs would look more inviting with placemats on the tables in the Thai Batik...lanterns hanging around the tables would also give a good atmosphere.I did not like the music...just a guitar with vocals in a ballad style of singing would be nicer. The menu at the front did not look good...it looked rather dated and cheap !

The location was perfect and incredible and I could use free parking nearby. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The pool was very clean and I had cool drinks in the poolside bar. Overall my stay was really good and would return there.

Bathroom lighting could use improvement!!! Some areas looked dingy and need a thorough cleaning!!! Room plug sockets not functional!!! The main restaurant lacked proper table settings!!! Just small touches can elevate the experience!!!

Great location.Lovely room.

Sun beds were 'booked' early each morning by people who turned up hours later to use them. We saw hotel guests having to lie on the floor by the pool! This is the only time in 9 years of living in Asia that I have experienced this and for this reason I will probably not return.

Hotel is pretty and rooms are good-size and comfortable

The price of the compulsory gala Xmas Eve dinner at S$130 per head was exorbitant. Food was bad and entertainment was poor standard. That spoilt what would otherwise have been a good hotel stay

I enjoyed the beautiful, well-maintained gardens and the easy access to both the beach and the pool areas. The charming ocean views from the breakfast spot added to a good experience. The staff was great.

Improve bathroom cleanliness and amenities.
